One-to-one support with challenging conflict
HERE TO HELP
Are you suffering with stress, emotional or physical difficulties as a result of unresolved conflict?
Is conflict affecting your personal or work relationships? Are you wondering what to do next?
Conflict Coaching starts from the perspective that conflict is an inevitable part of life which can negatively impact on our lives, causing stress, emotional and physical difficulties.
But conflict also provides an opportunity for learning and we can grow in our effectiveness in handling conflict creatively and positively.
Conflict Coaching is a practical process which will provide you with skills and strategies to help you deal with conflict.
A conflict coach will work with you on a on-to-one basis to support you to explore possible ways of resolving the conflict, even if the other person does not want to participate in the process.
The process will enable you to ask questions and to think about conflict from different perspectives. It will assist you in better understanding the conflict and, if you want, you will be able to develop options and your own ideas about what action you might take.
Conflict Coaching is a short term process, usually over 1-3 sessions, each lasting up to 1.5 hours. Prior to engaging in the process you will be invited to attend an individual assessment meeting. This is an opportunity for you to find out more and to ask any questions you have.
