Vollans Mediation
Separating from your partner can feel totally overwhelming and it can be hard to know where to start. Whilst many relationships and marriages breakdown every year, separation is one of life’s most stressful events for everyone involved.
At Vollans Mediation we understand that this can be an anxious time and are here to support you and your family as you navigate your way through it.
Whether you’re at the start of a process of separation, or have been separated for some time but there are still issues that need to be resolved, family mediation is a great place to start.

next steps
Our team are ready to help you work out your next steps.
We offer a one-to-one individual assessment meeting (a MIAM) where we can talk to you about all of your options, provide you with lots of information and decide together whether mediation is the best route for you.
We can give you info on legal processes (including at which point a solicitor may need to be involved) and emotional support to help your family through this difficult time.
